Celerity Partners and Dr. Ken Kessler form Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. and acquire two companies

Los Angeles, CA – December 22nd, 2006- Celerity Partners, Inc. announces the simultaneous formation of Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. (Pinnacle) with the acquisitions of Alliance Medical Services, Inc. and Summit Medical Services, Inc.

Pinnacle was formed by Dr. Ken Kessler and Celerity to pursue a buy and build strategy in the addiction treatment services industry. Dr. Kessler is Pinnacle’s Chairman and CEO. He has 35 years of experience building scale healthcare services companies.
